Discover the next generation of athletes.
Athletes build one verified profile. Recruiters find the right talent in minutes. PickVaults's matching connects the two — based on performance and fit, never on who you happen to know.

Recruiting shouldn't depend on who you know.
Every season, athletes with the numbers, the film and the work ethic are missed — not because they weren't good enough, but because nobody was watching that afternoon. PickVaults replaces the accident of exposure with something an athlete can actually control: a verified record of what they can do.
- Limited exposure
- Network dependent
- Scattered statistics
- Time-consuming discovery
- Difficult talent comparison
- One professional profile
- AI-powered discovery
- Verified performance
- Smart matching
- Easier talent comparison
- Direct recruiter connection

Connect with opportunity
Views, shortlists and messages land in one place so nothing gets lost in a DM.
See exactly why an athlete fits.
A recruiter writes a brief. PickVaults scores every verified profile against it and shows its working — factor by factor, so the shortlist can be defended in a selection meeting.

Know who's real.
A recruiting decision is only as good as the information behind it. PickVaults verification is a human review of what an athlete claims — so the first conversation starts from facts.
Verification is free for every athlete and is never required to appear in search.
- Verified identity
We confirm the athlete is who the profile says they are.
- Verified statistics
Season numbers are checked against a club, school or league source.
- Verified achievements
Selections, honours and awards are reviewed before they show a tick.
- Verified highlight film
Film is reviewed to confirm it shows the athlete on the profile.
Talent first. Opportunity second. Money never decides who gets discovered.
Search results, match scores and recruiter recommendations are driven by performance, verification and fit. A paid plan adds tools for the athlete — it never changes where they rank or how recruiters see them.
Talent is everywhere.
PickVaults supports 60+ sports, from the codes with academies to the ones without.
New on the roster.
Early access. Real stories coming.
PickVaults is new, so we won't pretend otherwise. As athletes and recruiters come through the platform, their stories will appear here — verified, and in their words.
